Evaluations Schedule
Hey lacrosse families new and returning,
PA Lacrosse is happy to welcome back returning players and excited for new players to experience what lacrosse has to offer.
Lacrosse is more fun with your friends so be sure to encourage your friends to get signed up for lacrosse on our website. Registration is OPEN till April 7th with late fees.
Here is some information we have for the season start up so you can begin planning.
The purpose of our Parity Evaluations (Prince Albert Team Athletes Only) is to strive to create even teams. Shellbrook athletes will get started in Shellbrook.
At evaluations athletes will go through drill circuits which will allow them to demonstrate different skills.
Full equipment is required: Helmet with cage, mouth guard, shoulder pads, Elbow or Arm Guards, Kidney pads, Shorts, Jock, indoor Running Shoes, and stick. Upon arriving at the rink athletes will check- in in lobby and get a pinnie for evaluations. Athletes will need to return the pinnie at the conclusion of each session.
April 7th-10th will be evaluations for U11/U13/U15 at Steuart Arena. Three of these days will be for drills and Thursday April 10th is for mini scrimmages with trial teams to see what changes need to be made.
Athletes are encouraged to attend all three sessions, but minimum of two is required.
Monday Tuesday Wednesday Times:
U11- 6-7PM
U13- 7-8PM
U15- 8-9PM
MINI GAMEs THURSDAY TIME TO BE DETERMINED.

New this year is U9 team balancing/introduction to lacrosse (Prince Albert Team Athletes Only) is to strive to create even teams. Shellbrook athletes will get started in Shellbrook.
At balancing nights athletes will go through drill circuits which will allow them to start developing basic lacrosse skills. It will also help coaches strive for even team creation.
Tuesday April 8th and Thursday April 10th will be balance nights for U9 at Steuart Arena from 5:15pm-6:00pm
Teams will be posted on our website by April 13th.
U17 Evaluation session will be Wednesday April 9th 9:00pm-10:00pm
The next week April 14-18th will be team practices.
PA Lacrosse Bolt Supply Classic Tournament is May 23-25 in which all PA teams are entered.
